Archery Hunts

Archery Elk Hunts These hunts are conducted on private land in the Ruby Mountains in southwest Montana. We primarily use horses and hiking, but sometimes we will use ATV and UTVS. These guided hunting trips place two hunters with one of our experienced Montana elk guides with a maximum of 4 hunters per week. Depending on the situation and ability of the hunter many methods of hunting are used to increase the clients' odds of success; Spot and stalk calling, wallows, tree-stands, and more. There is nothing more exciting than a bugling match with a bull elk on a crisp September morning!

Archery Whitetail Deer Hunts Hunting whitetail deer in Montana has never been better. Whitetail deer archery hunts are conducted on private land from tree stands in the lush bottom grounds near the famous Big Hole River. This area harbors a large whitetail population with an excellent opportunity to take a trophy whitetail buck. The hunting area is made up of hay meadows interspersed with cottonwood, willow, and buffalo berry timber. We do not allow rifle hunting in this area, so these guided hunting trips can either be combined with an archery elk hunting venture or a 5-day whitetail only hunt. These hunts can be taken any time from the first weekend in September through the Thanksgiving weekend with 4 Dot Outfitters, your Montana hunting outfitter.

Archery Bear– We have several Black bears in the area, you can add a Bear tag to your hunt for the cost of the tag and an additional $800 fee if you are successful in filling your tag.
